Sign of the times: Harry Styles’ L.A. show tonight rescheduled ‘due to band illness’
Harry Styles could be here in full force tonight, thanks to a rescheduled show in Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old singer was originally set to join Katy Perry on Saturday night at The Forum in Inglewood, California, the venue where Perry had debuted her show on April 14.
However, Perry was forced to cancel due to illness and will now headline the Staples Center.
Perry’s scheduled headliner – who has also been cancelled – is Kelly Clarkson – who is also ill, according to reports.
As for Katy, a note from her team read: “KP is very close to her due date for surgery and we are unable to postpone. We thank everybody for their understanding.
“We are hoping to reschedule for next month. Thank you for being there. Your support is truly appreciated.”
We’re not sure how Katy got out of doing Perry’s show after her illness but maybe this is the start of something big – we’re not sure.
More likely it is the start of Katy’s next headline, as she’s already headlined five weeks’ worth of dates.
Harry is currently on the road with his tour and will be in town from 5pm onwards. We’re looking forward to seeing him – he really is our one and only.
After a few months off, Katy will be doing the Forum next weekend, hopefully to be followed by a comeback to see her at the Forum.
